The film Sauna Sessions focuses on the necessity of firsthand experience to fully appreciate the sauna encounter, culminating in an invitation to engage in a sauna session together. From this, I created a workshop tailored to facilitate experiential sauna engagements intertwined with meaningful dialogues. The workshop's content is adaptable to diverse groups, accommodating varying themes and topics for discussion. It's also documented according to what the participants are comfortable with.
